We recommend this Whistler TRX 1 MOBILE police scanner if you want to pick up the new digital system that Fostoria Police Department switched to in 2019. It does not require additional upgrades to receive the digital system. Straight out of the box this scanner without any upgrades will pick up the following:

NOTE: as of July 2021 Seneca County is still analog and can be picked up also by this scanner. This is hands down "all in one" scanner that will do everything.
